Cancelling Your Membership Support
It is surprisingly difficult and time-consuming for me to cancel subscriptions in the back end of this website and on Stripe, and people who I do help cancel seem to often get charged again. That never seems to happen to people cancel themselves.

If you subscribed on Substack, click on Unsubscribe in any email you receive, and follow the instructions provided.
(You’ll know that by whether Heron Dance bills your credit card or Substack).

If You Subscribed On The Heron Dance website:
after April 9, 2023
(You’ll know that because when you go here, or click on “Log In” in the top right corner of any page on the website, including this one,
no account or no subscription appears.)
You can cancel by logging in to your account here
(or by clicking on “Log In” in the top right corner of any page on the website, including this one),
Then click on subscription,
then scroll down,
then click cancel subscription.
Then click confirm.

In that case and if you want to cancel your account and automatic payment, please email Rod at
rod@herondance.org
We changed software providers in early April 2023 and no longer have access to the former accounts
but we can stop future charges by deleting your credit card in Stripe.
